it hav alot of vitamins and nutrients..i tink manuka honey is gd..it depends on the UMF..the higher the better but its not to eat dat high as will get sore throat..so best is medium..UMF is a short term for Unique Manuka Factor. Only Manuka Honey has UMF value. Manuka Honey is gathered from manuka bushes, which are native plants found in New Zealand and certain parts of Australia. Extensive research has shown that Manuka Honey possesses antibacterial properties and the potency is indicated as UMF value. The highest UMF value is 20+ while the lowest UMF value is 5+. Manuka Honey’s therapeutic value becomes more valuable when the UMF value is 10+ and more.mix wid water or wid bread is gd..

I drink it every morning. It's good for complexion and I take it like a supplement since its good for health. this is a topic that countrybee is well versed in!
bee products (honey, propolis, royal jelly, bee pollen) all help to boost your immunity and general well-being.
specifically honey, with is anti-biotic properties, help to prevent onsets of flu and sore throat. the higher the UMF number, the better the antibacterial properties.
do note the following:
- never drink honey with hot water
- never take honey with metal spoon
these will reduce the good properties of honey.

manuka honey. i used to take one scoop of honey every morning. it helps the throat, good for healing my ulcers (may not apply to all). ♥cherelle
