say, 'but how do I walk in them'? Many women like the
look of high heels but stay away from them because they
find them difficult to walk in comfortably.

You can learn to walk in heels comfortably simply by
following these suggestions:

1. Buy the Right Size: Your shoes should not be tight
enough that they pinch your feet and cause blisters, nor should
they be big enough to slip off. Consider the height of the heel.
Shoes that are 2 inches high are much more comfortable will
be much easier to get used to than stilettos.

2. Get Used to Your Heels: Before you take to the streets
in your new heels (especially if you have always worn flats)
wear them around the house to get used to them. Wear them
for a half hour a day for a few days on a flat surface (not on
carpet).

3. Learn How to Walk: Start with your toes
pointing straight ahead and keep your legs close together. If
you are used to walking with your toes pointing outward this
might take a little practice. Start by stepping on your heel,
rolling smoothly onto the ball of your foot. Swing your arms
as you walk, pay attention to your posture and look forward.

Often there is a lack of support on the foot bed that makes heels unbearable. You can opt to get an additional arch support for a more comfortable walk and thicker heels are more stable in supporting the overall body mass.

I highest I wear is standing at 4inches but I choose platform heels inside cos those are more comfy with the front slight elevated too.

I've tried it before. around 2.5-3inch. I tried it from my fren. It's hard for me. I walk for 10min. I cant tahan oredi. I onli can wear around 1.5inch. I like high heels, Look sexy. But I cant walk well oso. Like "zhat har zhat har". Look funny. Although I try to walk like elgant. But still kenot lea. Very hard.

i like heels too! got 1 wedge ard 3.5inch.... cannot walk whole day with that, leg will pain pain...

bcos who would go buy the wrong shoe size? & if keep wearing the heel automatic will get use to it ler ma. & walk just walk lo, whr got need to learn de. the best is be comfortable with yourself.

but no matter what . i think for those who seek comfort, heel is not a good idea

Actually I have seen girls on the street with the wrong size. Either a size too big cos they claim that it's more comfy and the straps will still hold the shoe on. Or a size small cos they feel that heels are bound to be uncomfy so they must still get it even thought their feet are too wide to go in.
