probiotics inside the drink:

- Help in digestion
- Increase the number of good bacteria (probiotic cultures) in the intestines
- Suppresses the growth of harmful bacteria, thus, improve the environment of the intestines
- Help to maintain a healthy digestive system

think it contains some fibre as well...

so ya it does help in digestion i guess... how much it helps i'm not sure. I think ppl drink yakult or vitagen mainly is for the probiotics... fibre i believe you have cheaper and much better sources around...

use your weight X 0.035 liters = min amt of water your body needs
if u never drink enough water, u will have difficulty shitting.

water is essential lah babe.. drink more water, not only does it make you shit, it has lots of health benefits like BEAUTIFUL SKIN. wowness, anytime better than your thousands of dollars skincare products.

you dont have to drown yourself with water at one go, you can just slowly up your water intake. try 3 glasses of water first... then 4.... then 5... keep increasing...

*been there, done that. used to hate drinking water a lot and could literally survive a day w/o drinking any.

i remember i was at the yakult factory during a school excursion. the guy say one day cannot drink more than 1 bottle leh. coz if too much, also no effect.
