Hey all, Help me wor.. If i wan use paypal account to buy stuff from online website like taiwan website, can use posb debit card mah? But i cant even complete the basic application of paypal lor.. They will show me this msg,

Singapore no state mah.. zip code i put this.. 683685

If paypal cant use debit card, then Clear card from citybank can? The student credit card.

Any debit/credit card will do
Choose Singapore as country will still show the state?
Zip should be correct -> 6 digits
Telephone if still can't work try adding 65 in front if they don't add it for you
