back then, my DM is my OM
he's employed onli for disciplining us onli
he dun teach de,everyday sit at foyer look at the detention ppl, the late ppl, everything lah, teacher got prob will send the student to him directly.
coz my sch was kinda messy, i think he was employed bcoz he is a retired policeman and use to CONTROL my sch area de.

basically he's like the father kind lor, he will nag, scold, punish, but when u gt probs he will help one..
once i played truant along wif my more famous friends, back then i was the low-profile kind that teachers olways tot i guai guai de,
but this DM vr smart, he called me into the office, and start flippin my profile, onli to find it empty,and then he look at me, nv say anything much, he onli said

"Once u get into this kind of thing, u'll never be able to get out"

this phrase until today still wif me. HE'S A VR NICE MAN LAH!!!

I used to have 1 very intimidating DM, though he only lasted for a year. He successfully built up a sounding reputation of my secondary school as a school that is full of discipline. That's one of the reason why I entered the school & I never regretted it (have the most memorable memories of my school days there). Although he was very strict, students still respected him. He is the 1 & only DM whom I still have a very good impression of, simply because he is the very image of a good & successful DM.
