I find our people half ok/good
the others like "no up bringing"
in short no matters bad attitude etc.
I'm not referring to guys who touched elva hsiao all over the body.
Referring to basic courtesy etc
Had many bad experiences.
Cyclists knocking onto my mum's friend, even seeing her fell etc, din bother to stop or say sorry.
Fractured arm in the end. 
Dont worry about the people in your past, there's a reason they didnt make it into your future

simply spill on the floor while walking when there's grass or drain nearby.
3 friends walking at a pathway then wouldn't move to the side or behind their friends and others have to walk outside the pathway, on the grass. -_- | |

The people in Singapore have a lot to improve on.....such as social etiquette and basic manners. I'm not saying that social etiquette must be on all the time, but at least have the knowledge of it and apply them when necessary. Same goes for basic manners, saying sorry and excuse me won't hurt one big, at least have the decency to say it when you are required to.

i salude you, your one of those that knows what your talking about,
i think most of us are fine, finer in terms of manners etc,
its the aunties, uncles and rebellious teens or people who always nv grow out of their teenhood, [forever ah-beng,ah-lian wannabes]
The rest of them are fine, i still see people who give their seats to elderly or children,
just that people usually complain, and never compliment.
if comparing locals and prc,
