cheating is when u do something that, if u have a conscience, bugs your conscience. and you have to hide it from your partner. it may be doing anything with other guys/girls knowing your partner would not like it, and u end up hiding it from him/her. | |

If cheating in a r/s, it could mean that one is trying to hide their actions/feelings, which they feel/think their other half would consider as wrong doing...
normally, the cheater would hurt someone they love, or someone that love them. | |
