Light Bulb How To Treat Split Ends

Split end is a day-to-day problem; dealing with them is another hassle. Your hair gets dried up, due to which the hair stalk rips at the end that causes split ends in your hair. We have a solution for people encountering hair spilt ends frequently.

Step by step instructions:

After a hair wash, combing wet hair is not recommended as it leads to breakage of hair, giving space for spilt-ends. Always use a wide toothcomb.
Perms, hair drying, coloring are harmful for hair. In situations when blow dryer is essential change the setting to the minimum level (coolest).
Extensive care is to be taken for hair in every season, may it be summers or winters. Don't leave you hair open in summers. It is advisable to wear hats or tie a scarf. In winters moisturize your hair to make them look healthy, shiny and smooth.
To keep your hairs strong apply leave-in conditioner to the ends of your hair.
As you spot a split end, get a cut at least 1 inch above the spilt. Remove the split end as you spot it. The longer the split end remains there are the chances the split end may split the hair till the scalp.
Get a trim when you find lot of split ends.

Tips for Spilt ends:

Avoid getting the spilt ends removed and go for trimming.
Use hairbrushes with soft bristles to avoid breaking of hair that leads to growth of split ends.
Use shampoos with sunscreen as their ingredients.
Use a conditioner after shampoo and deep condition your hair at least once a month.
Get your hair trimmed every six weeks.
Sleep with silk or satin pillowcases, as the smooth surface would minimize tangling of hair, which can lead to spilt ends
