Default How to transfer someone out in the army

I happened to see this messages written about how to post someone out in your army unit:

1. units submit quarterly redcon report to Div
2. Div submit redcon report to Army
3. Army compile report, highlights shortfalls, notify CPC
4. CPC to release a list of personnel for Div to choose
5. Div give units their men

actually, all u need is a letter, someone to chop stamp & approve, then someone to key it into the system, tats all...

u need to write a letter , draft it, mpo officer clear it, goes all the way to commander. if he doesn't like e letter, redraft. all this takes time.

u need to find and collect all the reports this fellow commits.. late.. spoil this spoil that etc.. if nt it won't be justifiable. all these takes time and effort. who does that? as1? lol.

when all these is done, compile and send to npd, for navy side at least.

and what they do? they review and see if that person can be posted out. if not.. too bad. if can, yes all sorts of interviews is needed to conduct with him and npd.

den u think there's automatic replacements?! there's none.. unless u're lucky to coincide with the batch who came out, if not u get ppl who r rejects

Ok. What do you people think about this?
