Some people are just blinded by "puppy love". This guy will get over it soon, once you ignore him completely.

I suggest you ask a guy to act as ur bf and ask that guy to listen to the phone and shout at him to stop him from disturbing you again, or if you want, can ask a guy to act as your bf, then show up in front of hiim and show him that you and your "bf" is very lovely and you doesnt give a damn about him at all
