hey, about the face roller, i'll recommend that too.
i've actually tried and it really feels tighter.
besides, you only have to do 10 mins everyday.
it's easy and there's no harm trying it out. (:

hmm i have the face roller thing... but i dun think it works well... been using everyday for a week or so now... not much change though... i think the only way to slim your face well is to lose weight naturally... dun go for those slimming programmes that focus on your body... won't help... losing weight overal naturally should help though.

Hmmmmm...seen a tv programme tat to make face slimmer can use 2 of your fingers and gently rub it from the jaw (slightly below the ear) until the chin...no very sure whether if it's effective...no harm tryin it out

it's near impossible to target slim the face.. best is to shade ur cheeks using makeup techniques

you can try Bio-essence - Face lifting cream! i tried the sample from Fr3b.. and theres a slight burning sensation over the cheek after applying the cream. not bad

I saw some television taiwan show, the guest use normal plastic 500ml bottles filled with cool water. Rolling the face in pattern, regularly.

And, do face tightening mask(Those Clay or Lemon Bleach Pack) once a week.

here's the tip i think so,
don't eat oily foods right before bed,
try a healthy snack like an apple,
or something it'll increase your metabolism
right before you sleep
