I always sleep on my left side.. My left side really slimmer then right. My right profile is slightly rounder.. i also dunno how it works but no breakout la..unless ur pillow case is dirty lo...

If it's fats on face u have to do more facial massage lo.. But if bone big then no choice unless u go surgery..hahahha

Maybe you can try drinking more water. In the day, afternoon. Dun drink too much water when you're going to sleep. It will make your face swollen the next day, and becomes rounder.
I tried bio-esscence face lift, have to say, it doesn't had any remarkable results. So i stopped using it for a long time le.

Excersise like jogging;skipping and help you slim down your overall body, including the face.
Some of the people are born with rounder face, It's either baby fats or it's just normal. This is kinda is much harder for you to slim down. As your ratio of your body fats and face fats is more than people who born with slim faces. So need to lose more weights in order to acheive slimmer face.
