I used the bio essene one..together with the roller..kind of works cos it improves blood circulations. Theres a type of massage which u can use on the face to slim it too...its call 水療養.

Actually i took quite some time to realise the change in my face, flesh seems lesser..hehe of cos have to watch diet too...ive lost bout 3 kgs

Use the bio-essence its very good, i've used it for such a long time, after using for a short while, your face becomes slimmer by 0.5 to 1

eh i think try not to use body moisturisers on face. Cos different contents. Face skin is thiner than body so facials products is actually less content percentage bah.. i guess. To play safe just try not to la..

Won't skipping make your bobbies sag?

Body cream are too rich for face, so not advisable... But you can use face pdt on body if you don;t mind hte cost
