btw if u are a big eater, suddenly cut down the food intake, u will feel weak...
instead of not eatting breakfast & lunch, u should change it to dinner instead.. -.-" alamak... it's the dinner & supper part that makes ppl fat, not breakfast & lunch!!
cos we are active in the day... unlike after dinner or supper, we SLEEP! =x
Eat 2 half boil egg in the morning... healthy & VERY full, should able to tahan until lunch..
lunch eat something light, eat food that are steam or with soup.
dinner u can skip if u can tahan... otherelse eat something very light like maybe 1 slice of bread...?
NO SUPPER...!!
If u r working in a office whereby after lunch usually u sit down & work.
try stand & work after lunch for like maybe 1hr to let ur food burn properly.
if u find it hard to work while standing.. due to u need to key in data etc.. then this is the time to do filing ^^
any document that need to be file, all consolidate & do it after lunch~!! =p
