why u need slim down 17kg in 2 months? lol.. why nt try slimming down thru exercise instead.. natural slimming's the best=D like.. more healthy and better and when u slim down thru exercise, at the end of it, u feel satisfied=)

the main aim of a diet to supplement weight loss is...
1) low fats
2) sufficient carbs ( to provide energy for excercise and fat burning )
3) small frequent meals ( to ensure constant high metabolism..which means fat is burned just by doing nothing!)

try is...for a mth...discipline is the key...don't forget to exercixe as well!! fat starts to burn off rapidly after 30mins of good hard running...good luck!

erm meal replacement packs can be purchased online at www.nutritionpark.com under the "Protein> Meal Replacement Powder" for me i would say don't bother about slimming centres...there are just too many packages available...trust me with proper exercise and diet you can get even better results the natural and free way...

I think the higher the weight the easier it is to lose. I think 2 kg per week is the best possible loss, without exercise. That is only food intake controlling. The key is... find the correct food to eat.

erm...unless u take your weight at fixed times (example the 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach and after you have "cleared" your system) there is bound to be flacuations..
you have to see your weight decrease in the long run..
don't worry and STOP BEING TOO CONCERNED!
relax and lose weight...don't go all hyper rush to get slim...sometimes trying to hard gives you the exact opposite results...
chill man!

i lost 20KG in 1 month about 2 years ago

and i am serious
but its no good
i had some viral infection to my blood
i cannot eat for 1 month
vomit non-stop
high fever and bad wheezing
my god... those 20KG lost were like hell to me

nowadays i am trying to tone up instead of losing weight by doing light weights and crunches, etc... slowly bit by bit everyday for like only 30 mins...
my style of getting into shape is slow, but hey, i think its working, haha
most important is to get a good diet la...

but u, 17KG...
eat much lesser carbo (dun totally give up on carbo wor, u need it to have strength)
maybe try some slimming products
exercise more even with slimming products
cut down on fats
eat more fruits and veggies
probably can go down 10+KG in 2 month if u are determined enuf
jiayou!

Eat 2 half boil egg in the morning... healthy & VERY full, should able to tahan until lunch..
lunch eat something light, eat food that are steam or with soup.
dinner u can skip if u can tahan... otherelse eat something very light like maybe 1 slice of bread...?
NO SUPPER...!!

If u r working in a office whereby after lunch usually u sit down & work.
try stand & work after lunch for like maybe 1hr to let ur food burn properly.
if u find it hard to work while standing.. due to u need to key in data etc.. then this is the time to do filing ^^
any document that need to be file, all consolidate & do it after lunch~!! =p

Commit yourself to 6 meals a day and at least train 3 days a week. take in higer amouts of protein as your body needs more calories to digest protein. Dont compleatly cut out fats. some fats are good for u espically nuts and fish fats. try taking in some milk as well there has been some studies that high calcuim can regulate your weight im not sure if it's true or nt though

lol i lost 12kg in 2months..i gain back in 3month lol


first method
- jog 4-8km in two shift daily
- eat regular 3normal meal daily
- do static excercises daily with limited your physical(meaning do until cannt do)
- walk/run staircase..up to u

second method... for lazy and determine ppl 1
-eat 3 X tuna sandwiches daily with no meal at all
-jog 2.4km
-100situp
