: ( my arms are not flabby.. it's just big
and my face.. er.. maybe because i ate too much bread or what?
how to slim down on these 2 areas ah? |

For face,
You can try drink sufficient water.
And then use those 330ml water bottle, filled with water le. Then use it to rub it on your face, front and back. Do it everyday for 5-10mins.
Heard that you can see the results within months.

You can slim down your arms by doing certain arm exercises. But make sure you're not working them out or doing to much, or else they'll start to take shape from your muscles. As for your face, I have no idea :p | |

for face.. eat more tomatoes...esp. small ones.... do more face massage use creams tat has the function of skin tightening effects.... it will help.... as for arms... use 2 500ml of bottles fill it up with water... n do 50times arm exercises everynite before slping... apply some toning, firming,shaping gel everyday.... 2times, morning n nite.... it will help also... | |
