i'll be asleep at about 6.30pm-730pm and i woke up at about 4am
and in between I always woke up at around 1am or 2am..
I know my sleeping pattern is kind of weird so i was wondering if there's anything i can do so i can sleep properly.
(p.s, i'm currently studying in overseas and its winter time, so the sun sets at around 6pm, thats why i feel so sleepy at 6pm)
cheers! XD To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

cheers! XD | | | | | 6.30pm-7.30pm? That's too early.. Try to endure, do something to make you awake, wait till 10pm then go to bed. in cold countries we tend to wanna rest more...so it is normal for you to wanna sleep early...
well...you could try going for 10 hours of sleep a day...as in good rest...
dun force urself to sleep...relax and when u start feeling tired dun jump to bed immediately....
u might wanna try taking some melatonin...it is not a sleeping pill but it aids good sleep... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melatonin
hope this helps...worst come to worst...haha take 2 glasses of red wine or 2 shots of brandy when u have struggled to stay away for 2 hrs and hope you knock out till dawn...lol..jus kidding

i mean you go to sleep at 7pm++, guarantee you wont last till the next day 7am, because simply your body isnt used to this kind of hours, and its only natural you wake at about two and then later 4am
if you look at the hours spent asleep its just like your normal hours in sg..
why not find something to do to ensure you sleep at a later timing?
when i was overseas, some suns set and gets dark by 6pm.. and im out in the wild, so i guess being in a room somewhere would be easier for you. study, go do some activities, exercise, whatever to keep you moving..
taking deep breath and holding it for moments while stretching before you sleep will help.. To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. |
