Do sit-up. set a different target everyday, increase the amount. Actually push up also can help, but not as much as sit-up.. don't over doing it, if too tired give urself a rest until u can really continue.

as for a lady.. they do have more fat on the stomach area.. do more sit-up, or do broomstick twist( u take a 1m stick both hand on each side of the stick put behind ur neck n twist right to left..

im training to get 6 pecs too. actually 4 pecs would do. LOL. im doing crunches .

Actually girls, especially slim or atheletic girls, they look really good with 6 pacs, I'm not saying those hardcore 6 pac, take a look at Maggie Q, she has nice pacs and isn't too obvious and that makes her look sexier.....


Anyway, like what WoShiSen mentioned, do sit-ups or crutches will help, make sure you are consistant because pacs are the hardest to form for body toning, I don't know what others feel, but most of my friends said and agrees so.

Work hard, the path is well-trodden but by determined people. Anyone suggesting protein supplements for quicker results?
Point to note: muscle weighs more than fat. Your weight might go up, but bay fat percentage drop. I have seen people getting into TAF club because of this, and they can never get out of TAF.

wa six pacs ar, but will be nice la if the pac is not too solid those kind. if you are slim de then easier ba coz dun hav to trim off the layer of fat to reveal the pacs.

you can try lying straight on the floor then slowly lift up ur legs and ur upper body part to form a V shape. start with maybe around 30degrees lift, then increase to 45degrees then down to 30 again then rest. thats one cycle. i mostly do until 20cycles then buay tahan liao, back will start to ache.

Hehe to be honest... i don't think girls with 6 pacs will look good or sexy... But since you have made up your mind...

Then doing daily sit-ups will sure help building up your six pacs...

1. You should eat some high protein foods (without protein.. you won't be able to build your muscle)

2. Then do about 50-200 sit ups regularly... Like 50 in the morning, 50 in the afternoon and 100 at night... or 100 in morning and 100 at night... Anyway way you want.

I dun see any reason why u want to have 6 pack. Issit cos u just want to be slim so tt ur chest is more obvious? Doing situps doesnt result in spot burning. If u want a firm waist, suggest u do more cardio exercises, and also do situps, but not too many.

Basically just dun turn urself into another joan liew (no offence).
