"In this modern age of technology, I wonder how safe the cigarette lighter pictured above is. When the torchlight is switched on, what happens if something hits it? If something hits it, will it explode? It can cause quite a lot of danger," Edwin said.

I don't think cigarette lighter is listed as one of those dangerous good/items to be license before sale.

i don't think lighter can explode. explosive component too small.
