go cut away.
put cucumber slices. works for me. it will go down.

my beautician scold me for doing that .... says the unprocessed cucumber contains other ingredient which is not favourable to the eye ... :/

Tea bags, put it in the freezer and use it cold.

Also, try metal tablespoons. Again, freeze it and place it over your eyes immediately. Meant to reduce puffiness.

puffy eyes - In the morning, apply ur eye cream, then use towel with cold water tab on eyes for 20sec next follow by hot water on towel tab for another 30sec (repeat 3 times)

Dark eyes cicles - me myself using the olay eye cream.. it works on me! however i hv tried, apply olay eye cream and maintain at least 8hours sleep... tats wil help alot alot!!!

Drink more water in the morning and afternoon, dont drink too much at night >.<
Dont take too much salty things..
And sleep early!

Oh ya, the tea bags seems to work too!

Or maybe you can try apply whitening cream on your eyes every night before you sleep..

Make sure that it is meant for eye area... Normal cream might be too rich for eye area

Think there are some eye cream for whitening...

If you use the ones for face (which usually carry warning to avoid eye area) then you might risk getting oil bumps

yup yup.. must be meant for the eye..
can try ZA's whitening foam and lotion..
They also had eye mask for you to put on every night before sleep..
I think it's quite good cause my friends used and her eye bags become lighther like that

The best way to reduce eyebags is still by sleeping early. Some serious cases will need cosmetic surgery to remove the eyebags..
