I'm trying to gain weight too... But seems hard for me.... so far only managed to gain 2kg after almost 7 months. Trying to gain till 75kg. Still got 8 more kg to put on, unless i go thru drastic lifestyle change.

think u can try rubbing yr tummy everytime after having a fill meal. its might help that's explain y woamn wif keep after giving birth still gt a tummy as they keep rubbing n rubbing their tummy.

The best way to put on weight is weight lifting. It will put on muscle weight.

Do not put on fat its not healthy and is really hard to take off later.
