im a petite guy.. haha small and cute

jkjk..
i want to put on height and weight. but not seeing any results leh..
*tried drinking milk and milo often, like once per 2 days,
*also done pushups when i have free time..
NO RESULTS!! in fact i think i grow from thin, to bony sia.. haha
is there any food i should eat (healthy ones), or exercises that i can do???
*plus pls tell me why also.. and if possible, state the amount too. amt of exercise, amt of what to eat.
*low budget also.. haha.. dont call me to buy weight gainers drink, eat beef everyday because i simply cant afford it..
