Total SGC$: 29.00 | How to play games that I have bought w/o using the disc? I recently bought a PSP slim and one game. I want to put the game into my memory stick so I won't really need the disc when i want to play as, the minute i turn on my PSP, it plays the game immediately. It is quite frustrating coz the game takes quite long to load...
Can anyone give simple steps on how I can play the game without having the disc in the UMD slot but in my memory card? |

Can anyone give simple steps on how I can play the game without having the disc in the UMD slot but in my memory card? | | | | | you can solve this problem easily, just go to PSP settings and change the UMD auto start to "No". hope this helps. help please? | | | | | are you on custom firmware? if so, press select and you should see a little menu that comes up on your OSD (on-screen-display). select USB device and choose UMD disc. you'll be able too see your UMD contents now. if the menu doesn't come up when u press select, go to your recovery menu by fully switching off your psp, then while pressing the R trigger and holding it down, turn on your psp. go to configurations, and choose "Use Vshmenu" and enable this. then you'll be able to configure this setting from within your XMB.
pls note that disabling UMD auto start does not enable u to view the UMD contents. however, you will need to disable it as this will make things easier for you to navigate through your XMB without having the psp auto-run your UMD disc when it boots.
