I read that one must exercise more than 20 minutes and up to certain percentage of our maximum heart rate before fats are being burnt. So guess if this is true, it is not just about exercising, but need a strategy

I jog around HG park opposite XPS twice a week and play soccer once a fortnite.

Just curious as to how often do you yandaos and chiobus exercise a week?
When do you do your exercise (weekday / off day or weekend; morning/evening? don't tell me midnight okay...)
and what do you do? (gym/jog/swim/play maple story or wow and exercise fingers)

I used to go gym to train, but surprisingly, my physique get better after i cancel my membership and train at home
i do pushup for 5 days a week, everyday 100-200. with proper form and slow controlled.
last time heard many saying that pushup does not help build chest muscle, but i had proved that wrong, and loved pushup so much. but standard pushup is not enuff, must do variations.
