Hi fellow sgclubbers,
Just curious as to how often do you yandaos and chiobus exercise a week? 
When do you do your exercise (weekday / off day or weekend; morning/evening? don't tell me midnight okay...)
and what do you do? (gym/jog/swim/play maple story or wow and exercise fingers)

everyday, during lunch time 45mins just running from my office to the stadium and run back to office and after work run for 20 mins warmup and run straight to the gym workout for 1hr 30mins at least...do you believe me? meet me there everynight at the gym...you know which gym i'm talking about... | |

jogging is the best option and it's FOC(free of charge) or you can just jog-a-walk for atleast 1hr, if you wana loose some weights, you gotta watch what you eat during lunch and night time...eat more fruits and grass(vegetables), lesser rice and meat please...if you wana burn more, exercise longer 1hr 30mins then...dont worry be happy! | |
