how much increment would u accept to renew ur contract???

I would expect at least 100-200...contract ending this june..

it depends on industry as well. if it is union based industries such as semi-cond, electronics, manu. It's common..

Really depends on industries as increment has to depends on NTUC union standards pay ceiling.

wat position are u holding now?

haiz.. the last time i super sianz.. contract was going to end soon.. i thot i would get an increment.. (i DESERVE an increment..!) i wasnt even expecting much.. was thinking.. 'aiya, give me just $50 then i'd stay liao..'

in the end.. the @#$%^&* mgr wanted to renew my contract.. but NO increment at all!!! wth?!

but it's a good thing i din get increment.. cos i felt so unappreciated.. i decided to quit. i sent my resume to my agency.. and ended up by 1 of their staff.. lolx!

within 6 mths i got 2 increments loh!

me is in servicing industry..IT svc as in..
haiz..their perm de benefits good leh.. =X

now they say can increase till $100..BUT..
i was still thinkin whether wanna ask can incease till $150 not..
any suggestion on whether should i ask or not and how do i go abt askin??? =(
