But, I only can managed 5 for a measly pass, it's better than nothing~

this is possible,when i was in ns dat time there was this pti whose nick is "monkey god" he can do standard ns chin ups within 3min around 40plus....
you will be amzed at how many ptis or ns guys are able to do this sort of thing back in our time,cos its like the more physically well trained u are,the more the sgts n officers will respect you and its a pride in camp to be known as a fast runner in 2.4 or good chin up puller,u can even clock 8s on the shuttle run but pple wont remember u for it
but i am not sure if the soldiers or pti can do it now....

I agree that for BMT probably 10 years ago, then the recruits are probably much better train and treated more harshly compared to nowadays where a complain letters could do some wonders. :x | |

30+ or 40+ can be done lah, altho not everyone will be able to reach that standard. Generally you see those type of pple who can do a lot of pull-ups tend to be those lean, not overly-muscular, medium or small sized, therefore quite light in bodyweight. | |

i only can do 4. =( do so much for fark. do 12 can stop le ma.. so hao lian for what... HAHAHA~! kiddin la...
i got a friend who can do 40++ pull ups too.. but one punch on the face he cry le. so what's the use of doing so much pull ups when you ar so weak? =D

but i am not sure if the soldiers or pti can do it now.... | | | | | yea. last time. u should say that last time. last time. not now. i clocked 8.2s for my shuttle run and 8.4mins for my 2.4km, 45 for my sit ups and 250 for my SBJ. im an spf trained PTI, so when u said people at this time can do more than 30 pull ups its quite impossible..
