this is one of those IPPT's station that i always failed.
the other one is the 2.4km run...
failed till become RT's regular during my time.

my friend say wider is triceps. then nearer is biceps..
but wider look much cooler! =)) i trying to do as wide as possible.
Now i practicing doing bar to bar. both hands at the end of the pullup bar..

it depends on ur grip. if it is over grip, mainly back muscles. however if it is under grip, it will be bicep.

i think he meant incline pull up
for chin up to be able to do 40+ is near impossible for guys u see on the street
their muscle will burst due to the stress induced
incline - 30
chin up - 5 (sadded all the way into my guts)
