cause im damn sad only can do 24...
then all my friends some can do like 40! wtf...

Incline is stupid lah. I'm a december kid, and when I was sec 3 I was still 14, so I could just do incline pull ups.. can just keep going and going.. untill 30 seconds up. Damn funny, loads of girls in front of me do like 3-6 and I do 44.
Real pull ups however, I can only do 5 max. Tried recently. LoneReaction serving NS

Commandoes ah? Or striving to be an OCS cadet? Or PTI? Best PT of the year? Or are u training to pass the napha to deduct 2 months from NS?
Either way, 40 is way alot man, 20+ is already gg for alot of people, but if its kicking or non standard ones..... :shifty3:
For me, dun really care about how many I can really do, as long as I pass the silly napha/ippt tests, I'm satisfied, although I might miss out the benefits of getting silver or gold award, linking to get the $$$$$:handsup:
For yur information, there was once a female OCS cadet who did around 100 pull ups at 1 go, but it was quite long ago, forgot the name and the approximate age ... of coz u can't really expect that female to be that small size + pretty & cute... coz saw her face on a little video shown by my officers. Big size 1, quite fit 1....haha WeaKneSS' A DiseasE!

I talking about real pull up. incline for girls one la.. OH YEA.. I tell u my senior(girl!) can do like 22 pull ups! sianzz.. i not sexist or wad but.. omg.. guys must be stronger than girls la..

Hmm. Used to do 20+ also. But since I excused from IPPT, nv train and think I should be able to do 5. Anyway it's not that important to me anymore. Hahaha. | |
