haven't disclose yet but few days ago overhears my bosses talking abt it and seem is 1 mth bonus

my fren's hubby w SIA and got 5.5months.
My company does not have 13th month, so it will be lucky to have one month.
Our bonus will only declared one week before CNY. And starting last year, my company decided to follow "govt" style and split the bonus into two....july once and one week before CNY once. | |

In anycase, the boss will annouse if there's any bonus anot by today. And even if there is, I might not be able to get it coz I'm leaving by next month and they were saying that even got bonus, it'll not be on the same day as our normal pay. | |

my contract state 1 mth la.. but i heard from old staff that there is still performance bonus.. muz wait till CNY that month then will confirm both bonus coz company in law suit now!
