..i got to sleep at abt 11pm, i shld wake up 6.30am-7.00am to rdy for sch but i always wake up at 8am+..i always tell my self to wake up early nxt day by active my alarm twice every 10mins... but still end up the same thing!! any idea how to kick my but off?? Shl i standby an sour lemon to squizz in my mouth every morning?! How you make ur self wake early?

think the idea is to force yourself once u r awake never ever go back sleep like say sleep another 5-10 min that will make u even more sleepy

Try getting someone else to wake you up. If that is not possible, I guess you just have to sleep earlier.

I used to sleep at 9pm when i was in primary school, and wake up at 630. Now my body is so accustomed to waking up at 630, that no matter what time i sleep, like 1 or 2 am, I still wake up at 630. Try sleeping earlier to get your body accustomed.

set your clock to a later time. maybe 1 or 2 hours later. so that you will get a shock when you see the time, and then immediately wake up. hahaaa. that is what i always do.

sleep earlier and try getting those super loud alarm at any cheap alarm shop.

the moment you gain a little consciousness(the sharp moment you're awake), tell yourself you must get up this instant and try sitting up right away.

avoid activities that may generate hi brain activity 1-2 hrs b4 u sleep ... e.g. watching TV ... playing computer game ... try some smoothing music 2 ease d brain activity ... bottomline ... engage in relaxing activity 2 slow down our brain neuron activity

sleep early n get in2 a routine 2 do so

same here...it works well...i can sleep anytime...so long i before i sleep i keep telling myself the time i wants to wake up...then i will wake up before the time i wish to...
or you can set alarm clock every 5 mins...

Just put your alarm clock far enough for you to get out of bed and shut it off but don't continue sleeping at where you took it from That's the best idea i can think of cos i usually procrastinate and end up being late more often than not .

heh thats the best method ... i always do that ....so even i slept late durin the night and had to wake up early in the mornin the next day ... i will automatically wake up w/o anyone pesterin me to do so ;D

2)there a static clock..when it rang after second warning etc, it will give static charge to your body. it is harmless but effective. it help u to groom the habit to wake up early.

put ur alarm clock in a box and lock it up. throw the key away and set it perm to watever time u want ..when it rings , i shld irritate you to wake up since u go no choice to off the alarm

Ask your parents to give you a call if they are away or working , if there are at home ask them wake u up . If not , do not off ur hp and ask ur early bird friends to call you .

For me . I focus my CHI onto my head and FORCE MY EYES WIDE OPEN. DEN UH . PREPARE ALOT OF CHI INTO SITTING UP. BUT DO NOT SIT UP SLOWLY. lie down... and store energy ... SUDDENLY SIT ! like a explosion . ok you are awake
