dont go for those centres.. not everyone are able to get something out of there and some times or most have rebounds and turning even fatter..

yes i do understand that most or all people do put assurance first..

and for those who're doing sports, get their packs.

no la...! most of the time i copy and paste the info one...

i reckon it should be ok if theyre organic but then even if they are organic, theyre still highly processed. highly processed food isnt very good.. but its okay to eat because honestly, 90% of the food are processed. canned food, biscuit, white rice, bread, pasta, magee, fruit juice, canned drinks etc etc are all not very good- all processed.

so you may ask.. why are processed food unhealthy? you might wanna read this..

few examples of unprocessed food are-

meat- fish, beef, duck, chicken, mutton, all kind of animals except ham, bacon <- these are not animals, are they?
vegetables- all healthy... especially green leafy ones. eat all kind if you just want an overall good health, eat only those green leafty ones if youre aiming for fat loss
nuts- those oragnic raw ones w/o salt and sugar. roast them yourself

but honestly i wont want to follow a strict diet. afterall, we live to die ma...

I would rather go jogging than swimming cos of perspiration

i shall itemize the pros and cons for you

swimming
gives you a very nice tan, lesser risks for injuries, makes you feel hungry afterwards thus will tend to binge eat, swimming pools water is cold, therefore in order to keep your own body warm, your body preserves most of your fats and that makes it ineffective for fat loss.. because your body wants to keep it, instead of burning it. but still, many people gain satisfaction from swimming

jogging
is bad bad bad. bad for your knees. bad for your joints. bad for your health. ever wonder why some athletes die before their time? that is... and jogging sacrifies your muscles.. thats why those marathon runners are really skinny to the bones. if thats what you want, jog ba!

personally in my opinion, i dont like jogging because it wastes a lot of time. i dunno.... up to you to decide what is right eventually...

hmmm...sprinting...whats the difference between sprinting and running? i thought sprinting = running at a faster speed in a short time...but i thought running/ joggging is better?
