Judging by his first game in charge, how long will it be before Chelsea gets another manager?

Tough game to be handed on his first managerial outing against Man U and on short notice. Chelsea was not their usual self and lost 0-2 to the Red Devils. Avram Grant's CV is amazing - started coaching at 18 of a youth side, currently 52 so that makes 34 years of experience but still not as impressive as Jose Mourinho in terms of success. Most of his experience are with Israeli League and the National side. He has to turn things around soon to please his buddy Roman. I don't see him as the permanent coach but a temporary one till a big name is available.

Until the end of season when Chelsea finishes e season empty-handed =X, then Hiddink's Russia fails to make it to Euro 08, he will take over.

He will be replaced very soon. He's nothing like Jose, I quote, "uncharismatic, over-vocal, and unable to control his players" from some commentator which said this as I watched the match. I also realised he is bad at choosing players and okay okay at tactics.

haha looking at his line up ytd, same style as Mourinho leh BUT he cant play a 4-3-3 with 2 wide wingers when Drogba isn't ard la, Sheva isn't a targetman.. Play a 4-4-2 with Pizarro alongside and we can the best out of Sheva, if not his stay in England will be a forever nightmare.

Seriously.. His those sub he make was really a big mistake.. Pizzaro should have replace Sheva instead of Kalou.. Pizzaro in term of size should cost much trouble for the Man U denfence.. And also SWP should start instead of Mikel.. This would surely cost much trouble for Man U.. Well lets look forward to the arrival of Hiddink..
