i have formatted my com~ finally.
but no sound...
can anyone advise me on this pls... (:

thanks.. | | | | | Have you try using update driver in device manager? It will normally look for the driver automatically from the internet if it is not found in your system.

Well, even if it dosent come with the driver CD or you dumped it somewhere, i'm assuming you're most likely on ac 97, or intel hda if it's onboard sound.
If it's creative, and you went budget, it's most likely SB live.
You can download these drivers off the internet. First thing you have to do is to identify what sound controller you're using. | |

erm pardon me to be a noob on this but i have no idea..
i think in the past i would have this thing to test my sound etc..

Hi `BeRRies,
Intergated Sound ? or Sound Card ?
Intergated Sound = You will use the default motherboad drivers if you using onboard sound.
Sound Card = Install the drivers using the Sound Card Drivers.
