Guys,

I'm sure you received chain emails sometimes, telling you certain things (recently, there was a thread on cold water leading to cancer) which you don't know whether to believe or not.

Fret not! Here's a link for you to check if the emails you received are worth reading, or they are just a pile of bullshit.

So before you forward those emails to your friends about warnings and such, check for authenticity first before sending out any wrong signals to your friends and families.

p.s.: The cold water thing? It's one of the hoax emails. So don't worry about drinking cold water anymore... Of course, the best is still lukewarm water lah...

If it is, then why do radios report it?
It's true to me though.
I once had a bad stomach ache eating a very hot stuff and drank the extreme cold water.

your situation is a little different. you're mixing very hot and very cold stuff together, so your body system couldn't take it. this might have been the reason for your tummyache.

the email is saying that drinking cold water will lead to cancer. this is more serious, and i dun think there are any connections between the two situations.

never mix extreme hot stuff and shortly extreme cold stuff. no idea why but that's what my elderly said. may be the stomach expands contract and etc?

The article I read is because it slows down ur digestion then cause ur poo poo stuck, which really can lead to cancer.
It's true that if ur poo poo stuck in ur body for too long, cause cancer, or various stomach disease.

yeah... you're quite right.... thats why constipation is not good... eat more greens and fruits so can help in your digestion.... hahaha... then your poo poo will flow out like water... hahaha.... juz kiddin'...

btw, if you are not poo poo-ing everyday, then not good... need to poo poo everyday okie?
