AS OF TITLE.
I have sweaty palm which is very disturbing lol.
And sweaty sole even more irritating. ._.
my sole can even perspire in air-con room. how pathetic x.x
i have to constantly wash my hands and feet to prevent odour
i cannot wear "covered-shoes" w/o socks or i will have blister on my toes due to the moisture from the sweat on my feet.
very troublesome ):

you can go polyclinic i think.

If you got $$ u can go operation to remove the sweat glands. Saw it on tv some years ago. I oso haf sweaty palms and foot.

you can try putting powder in ur socks when wearing covered shoes (best with 'snake powder') in army we put liao will make ur feet very cooling.. and like wad deadman says, opeartion to remove sweat glands.. haha.. raining on my head like a tragedy | |

I'm also like that. I play FPS games (TF2?) and the whole mouse gets wet. Even when I'm just browsing the net, my mouse gets wet too. When I'm playing games my controller gets really wet.

Having this sweat glands is cause by hyperactive sympathetic nervous system.
2ways to remove your sweaty palms.
1. to consult a specialist to follow up with treatment such as medication to adjust your sweat glands.
2. or you can go for an operation name Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy (ETS)
