since young, i like dancing and jumping around.. i like to walk a lot too..
ballerinas always have muscular calves so when i found out that i have muscular calves too, i was very happy (though i'm not a ballerina)
however, recently i start to realise that it's not a good thing afterall cos it's very ugly .. and makes the shape of my legs look weird..

and was seriously considering going for it as the threadstarted said that massaging will help to soften the hard fats (muscles) and slim down the body part..
but it's very ex! so any other methods to lose the muscles?
