u meant crunches? its like doing sit ups but ur feet must be in the air, and ur knees bent, and i think that trains the abs instead of the thighs

I think do squats better or frog jump all over the place. That really works your thighs.

but the point is to make it toned, so it isnt flabby anymore mah. then again girls harder to grow muscle right, so unless u do strenuous exercise for the thigh, u shouldnt have thunderthighs
