How to Gain Confidence Responsibility
The first step to getting what you really want in life is to take responsibility - to realise that you - and you alone - are in charge of what you think, how you behave, how you look and where you're going. Friends
If you find yourself thinking 'I can't do this'. Or 'I'm crap at that' make a conscious decision to stop. If a friend started talking like that to you, the friendship wouldn't last much longer!
Seek out people who make you feel good about yourself, and avoid those that criticise you. Dont Compare
One girl has a better job than you. Another has a more glamorous life. So what? Comparing yourself to others is a recipe for disaster. It will get you absolutely nowhere. Instead, do something very simple, and very powerful. Start concentrating on what you DO have, whether it be a loving family, good health, a nice home, great friends, a wicked sense of humour. Find Yourself
When you know exactly who you are, what you want, and what you're willing to do to get it. How do you do that? Follow your gut instinct. It could be as dramatic as saving up for the trip of a lifetime, or as small as reading a self-help book. All that matters is that you DO something. Act, and the rest will follow. Mirror
Catch yourself in the mirror or reflections with all the chances you have.It will boost your confidence! Tell yourself : Im pretty!
