Quite easy actually lol, for me I just join them for clubbin and nights out...like go drinking, chillout things like that la and sometimes I go to their house also...They trust me so much untill they also confide in me lol... I used to have this female boss where we two really close and we go shopping, lunch together, clubbin swimming and when she and her bf fights I was there also hehehe

Actually, it is quite challenging to have a boss as a friend.

Normally, let the boss take the initiative to be friend with you. That would be easier.
Taking the initiative to be a friend with the boss...maybe asking for trouble. Know who you are dealing with...you are dealing with people with power, the power to hire and fire.
To be a friend or not, it is your boss' perogative.
