How does this forum work?

Anyone ever wonder how does this forum work?

With only 1 administrator, how does he control the entire forum? If he's the only 1 behind the forum, where does he find money to give us when we want to exchange our SGC$?

Are most of the members here for the novelty or for the money?

Just being extremely curious and hope that more people will join me in this discussion ~ :runnynose:
