there are some kinds of people who just cannot lose it.
exercising like going to gym is very effective.
for me, its swimming and jogging.

Try to stick to a diet-n-exercise regime that you are comfortable with i.e. can tahan and stick with it for the long term.
Jogging and swimming is the best I suppose cos they are aerobic exercises i.e. burns fats.
You can also try to watch your food intake. Try breaking up your meals into many small meals rather than three large ones. This helps to keep your metabolism up and prevents you from overeating. Try to keep your small meals healthy, like fruits or something.
I tried taking small meals with much less carbs and jogging for 45-60 min 3-4 times a week and lost about 7 kg in 2 months. But its half back on again. :cry3:
So try something that you think you can do for long term to keep it off. :biggrin4: |
