There's no way to avoid something that's passed down through genetics and biological structure. You might be able to ease the pain a little, but to completely avoid it, impossible.

from http://www.wikihow.com/Reduce-Menstrual-Cramps

Steps
Attempt to track your cycles. Techniques such as Fertility Awareness Method can help in determining when menstruation is due and possible reproductive health problems.
Keep a healthy diet including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as plenty of water. Attempt to track of how particular foods effect your cycles – certain foods may have an effect on general health that could effect your cycles or direct effect on your menstrual cramps.
Make sure to have regular health check-ups to insure vaginal health, mention to doctors any menstrual problems you feel you might be having, and take into consideration how conditions such as IBS or anaemia may make you feel during menstruation.
A week prior to menstruation attempt to change diet slightly to avoid menstrual cramping; avoid foods that could cause bloating such as salty foods and alcohol, avoid foods such as dairy and caffeine that could contribute to menstrual cramps.
Know your menstrual options, there are many menstrual options that may be better suited to you. Tampons can increase menstrual cramps, as well as harmful to vaginal health many commercial tampons are made to expand lengthways as well as widthways, resulting in tampons hitting the cervix already delicate due to menstruation.
Buy a good selection of herbal teas, teas commonly used to prevent and cure menstrual pains are; camomile, red raspberry, blessed thistle, valerian, yarrow, raspberry leaf or dong quai. Many health stores will be able to help you pick the right choice for you, also many stores offer a general women's blend to assist with more general menstrual problems. Be sure to check any health clashes particular herbs may have with medicine you may be taking or health conditions you may have.
Exercise, general stretching can aid in menstrual cramp relief, gentle exercise from the likes of yoga can be very beneficial – advantage of yoga is that not only is this light exercise but also encourages relaxation and breathing exercises that can be a great deal of help for menstrual cramping.
Heat or cold packs can be a spot on treatment for menstrual cramps, laying down with a pack around your stomach area, with a bar of chocolate for added relaxation. A warm bath can also provide heat that eases the pain of menstrual cramps as well as highly relaxing.
Sex, either with yourself or a partner, as well as great light exercise it aids in relaxation and increases blood floor to your vagina. During orgasm it is believed that a hormone which causes uterine contractions is released calls Oxytocin, which can help to push out menstrual material.
Supplementing with Magnesium in large quantities alleviates cramps in many women. It is non toxic and safe in large quantities.

Tips
Keep your stress levels to a minimum, stress can have a negative effect on your body, in turn on your menstrual cycles.
Consider aromatherapy to help you relax, something such as lavender essential oil in your bath, in an oil burner or just sniffing from the bottle.
If you use tampons consider using pads or a menstrual cup, many tampons are made to expand lengthways as well as widthways meaning they can hit the cervix already delicate from menstruation. Switching to a more body-friendly safer option can help considerably with menstrual cramps.
Visit your local library for books on menstrual problems and menstrual cramps, these can be very helpful.
Do not use painkillers, these do not solve the problem but hide it. Many women find that painkillers can increase menstrual pain over time - if already using painkillers try to go without, in the short-term it may be hard, however in the end your menstrual cramps should improve.
Change your attitude, a lot of women do not need to suffer their menstrual cramps, changes in diet or herbal cures can prevent cramping all together so go looking for what works for you.
Menstruation is the body's way of shedding what is not needed - keep that in mind. Also keep in mind what menstruation is for, helping to create life, celebrate menstruation.

Heard from my friend that menstrual cramps are due to the toxin that are accumulated in our body.... Toxin meaning that the blood clot that we will see in our menstrual cycle every month...

Believe that most of the women will get to see blood clots during our menstrual cycle every month... It is accumulated at our womb lining from our last month cycle as our body cannot totally get rid of it...

And also toxin can be found in the environment and also our living lifestyle....
