One of the best place to have buffet. Limited variety but a good spread of local food like laksa, durian paste... Japanese Sashimi and tempura are good... Really worth the price... Pay with certain credit card able to get discount and even 1 for 1...
Ritz Carlton GREENHOUSE

Good Ambience, and a good spread of seafood and local food... Chocolates are the best there! Watch for the dessert - ROck Sugar Hashima!! Seldom see such a dessert in any buffet! Price per pax is considered a bit higher than average.. but worth it...
Marriot Hotel

Lots of seafood and appetizers... Japanese sushi and sashimi are good too... Marriot is famous for its pastry... remember to try the cakes and biscuits... Ambience is affected by the busy street of orchard road...

so I dont really recommend there...
Orchard Hotel
Variety: International
Quality:6/10
Specials: Local food
Price: Affordable
Was recommended by Moses Lim before... Not as impressive... Average quality but quite a wide range of food... As what some said, every now and then there will be themes for the cafe... I still remember it even has Durian as fruits... But you have to finish them at the Alfresco tables!!
Miramar Hotel
Variety: Japanese
Quality:6.5/10
Specials: Sashimi
Price: Average
Basically its a Jap cafe on lvl 1. Its a-la-carte buffet. The sashimi are really good and come in very big portions.. Tempura are nice too... quite a few variety of tempura... The curry rice and veggies is a disappointment... Not a good ambience, the cafe is set up in a japanese theme and can get quite noisy when most of the tables are full...
