hey. just wondering if any of you own a Holga camera? How is it like? is there a difference between the plastic and glass lens?

Holga is a plastic medium format camera, someone may think that it is a toy camera. But many photography schools are using Holga 120 to tell tomorrow professional photographer what's a camera.

It's not about the camera, it's about the one bhind it.
If you are looking for pretty perfect pictures this thread is out. lol.
But anyway, its said that glass is clearer. I owned a cfn it looks great all together. All you need is sufficient light. +++Easypeasy. Cross process your films for effects Double exposure is fun.
Get a 35mm adapter...(because 120/160 is ridiculous and a waste of money for a toycamera) but it's quite @!#$#$@%#$ because it says to turn 12clicks but thats more than one frame and it doesn't tell how many you've left.
Okay I have so much complain about manuals -.-

ANYWAY. You can get holgas from a lot of places. It ranges from 60-100++ depends what model you get.
They have all sort of pretty accesories such as,
35mm adapter
6x6 adapter
fisheye adapter (about 100dollars)
external flash
uhm, filters..
oh, yes sun 4 holder that fits T-89 and FP-100c film $$$$$$$$$ :'(
