look at the ppl WALKING by....
i think the driver's still at large and i haf no idea whether that guy lived or not...

Re: hit and run the driver seemed to be having a joy ride. thats the reason why they didnt stop. The first car barely missed that guy but unfortunately the he took the hit from the 2nd car. poor guy!
