Default high back swing issues

hi er im not sure where i shld post this, but u can start a new topic with this question..

i recently thought of changing my backswing, so i tried it yesterday, and after 9 games, er my back started to hurt and its kinda like sore for today and after i bowled yesterday, i normally have a low backswing and low body position(which i know its not good) yeah do u know why? it may be just a muscle sprain right?

i got this in my pm and since its gonna be beneficial to all,
i have decided to post it here

from my deduction,
its a matter of muscle strain due to wrong technique applied and wrong timing...
for the person in concern,
if u carry on with this, your rotator calf, the joint of the shoulder and arm area will be badly injured in the long run,see proper coaching to teach u the proper technique

in the mean time,rest...........

my guys who learn the technique nvr have problem with pain and such

That's why the strokers like Parker Bohn III and Norm Duke have such longevity in their career. If it don't come naturally, don't force it. Power don't come from a high backswing alone.

Bowl great!

well it wud depend on how u increase ur backswing...if u forced it up den it wud hurt u.

juz hold ur ball higher up in ur startin pos, so that wen u push it/let it swing down, it wud swing higher.

hope tis helps =)
