any previous injuries to your wrist,shoulder,back and kneecap?
and do u intend to bowl for long?
if u do i suggest u invest on something better
if u are just gonna be a leisure bowler,

No injury before and intend to bowl for long of coz ... currently i still feel that my 12lb poly ball is abt heavy liao and i cant even do those super high swing like those pro  ...
Must i really throw with a 15lb+ ball to be a gd bowler ? This discussion is getting more and more in depth and I am looking forward to learn something out of it . Thanks  |

Thanks  | | | | | dun be misled by the weigth wat i am referring to is actually even my ladies on the team and mind u they are petite ladies already using 14lbs and i myself very small size is using 15lb so there sud be no reason why u are not able to handle the 14/15lb weight,since u intend to bowl for long.
i colud be wrong but than it could be the wrong method of bowling like muscling the ball n wrong timing and utilising of more than necessary body parts or maybe u are really much smaller in size than mi and such thats why u are feeling stress on just a 12lb given the fact that u are not a new bowler....
just ask my ladies/guys that come for my training and u will know why i ALWAYS tell them "its just a number"
