During all these years of my bowling I have used various brand of bowling ballI and I find that beside roto grip and lane #1, the power of storm balls have performance much better than the others.

Rapid Fire, RXS300, Twisted Fury, Black Widow Bite II, Zone Plastic Ball, Viz-a-ball

thats the reason why in the market used to be a saying that storm balls make a newbie bowler look good and a good bowler better

My ht:170 wt: 55kg

No injury before and intend to bowl for long of coz ... currently i still feel that my 12lb poly ball is abt heavy liao and i cant even do those super high swing like those pro ...

Must i really throw with a 15lb+ ball to be a gd bowler ? This discussion is getting more and more in depth and I am looking forward to learn something out of it . Thanks

dun be misled by the weigth wat i am referring to is actually even my ladies on the team and mind u they are petite ladies already using 14lbs and i myself very small size is using 15lb so there sud be no reason why u are not able to handle the 14/15lb weight, since u intend to bowl for long.

i colud be wrong but than it could be the wrong method of bowling like muscling the ball n wrong timing and utilising of more than necessary body parts or maybe u are really much smaller in size than mi and such thats why u are feeling stress on just a 12lb given the fact that u are not a new bowler....

just ask my ladies/guys that come for my training and u will know why i ALWAYS tell them "its just a number"

maybe if want,u can come down for training session with us.
