There is this poor bulldog caged and its owner placed the cage along the staircase.
It is located at Blk189A Rivervale Drive level6, the staircase is near the lift lobby.

I went there to visit my fren and saw this sad look face dog along the staircase.
Never take picture cos I am in a hurry.
Nobody answer when called spca. maybe going to KO.

Really need dog lovers staying around sengkang to go there , take pictures and help the poor dog. if not sure, please ask me for further detail. my fren does not want to take cos personal issue.

if want to report spca , must take picture.the dog kind of fat in an unhealthy way cos I think stay in the cage and seldom go out . Who would want to stay in cage all day long ?The cage is not big. I stay in Toa Payoh, and work in central. Really like to have some dog lover volunteer to check out the place.The dog is located between the staircase of level 7 and level 6. ( This stupid owner also inconsiderate of the neighbours)

Maybe kimzzil can go take a look and try to convince the owner to let you adorpt it. The owner sound like not going to spend much time taking care of it anyway....

not sure if want to go take alook anot as is own by someone and if i will to approach the owner maybe will kena chop by him the owner have never say wanted to give for sale or adpotion so is a bit out of talk

hey, i think i can go take a look! i stay near sengkang!
btw, dont have any traps or something bah, later someone robbed me how? =X somemore is at staircase there, but, i'll risk my life for the dog!
