After my mother death 2 months ago she appointed my 3 aunties as thrustees in her will
so..they are suppose to keep the semi detached house until i am 21
Now my bloody father may sue them for the house ................
but dun he know that the house he is suing for is my house ???????????????????

no. since she save the house for you, it is against the law to sell or give away the house without permission of the person. But even though there is trustees, they cannot sell the house till u are 21

i think u father dun trust the aunties and want the " temporary ownership" for himself. if he wan sue them, indirectly suing u also. cos the real owner will eventually be u. the aunties are somewhat safeguarding ur hse only. the hse and the hse itself will be urs. btw my condolences for the death of ur mum. takecare. be strong. smile

From wat i see, i think the voiding of the will is quite impossible, it is also dependent on the grounds he is suing ur aunties. he is suing to get ownership of the house i assume?

Erm...ya he may be suing for the ownership of the hse caused....i found out tat lately he had been meeting out with his lawyer......
but he got a record of violence .....once he assulted my aunty......
then at my mother funeral he tried to kick my uncle
lastly.....the last time when he came and visit us......we did not let him in..so.......he threw bricks and stones into the garden of our house......he even tried to climb into our hse....
so we called police and they brought him away

OK, first of all, is the house that you staying right now is lawfully belongs to your mother?

If yes, the trustee cannot be sued before you are 21 years old. You have to be very firmed to the judge that you father never take care of the family.

If no, you're in big shit already. Those who are the lawfully owner of the house can claim their share back.

Third case is that your father can accuse the trustee let your mother signed the will when she is not in good conscious about what is happened to her. If your mother smart enough, she should get a doctor and a nurse as the witnesses of the will.

Erm...ya the will is made before my mother was admitted to hospital.....but she was suffering frm cancer at the time when she made her will..............
