before we can help you, you must first help yourself. Help yourself by steeling your determination and push on no matter what happens. We are talking abt a period of at least 6 months. The actual loss will be accomplished much earlier than that but we or rather you (are you?) are more interested in keeping the weight loss permanent. This is because when you just lost weight successfully, there is a very high chance of your weight heading north. Do not be lulled into a false sense of complacency as your weight is still fluctuating at this stage!

Your weight is governed by survival instincts. The body is especially inclined to think that you have just been subjected to severe physical emancipation and thus would resolve to "restore" your "lost" weight. In order to work against this, it is important that you bolster your metabolism rate for some buffer period in order to override this mechanism. Hence i recommend a tight regimen for 6 mths.

3X jog /wk (5km ea) work at 80% of your MHR
No snacking after 8pm
Avoid oily/fried food
MUST eat breakfast

can be done. i lost 21 kg over the course of 8 mths but my regimen was more than mentioned. haha

sometimes i miss you so much that it hurts

run run run!! lol...jogging is the best form of burning away calories...its cheap too...lols...u only need to buy the sport shoes or require a sports shoes and u are set..

actually only exercises wont help in successfully reduce weight

nutrition and cleansing/detox are the more vital areas that ppl always neglect.

detox 50%
nutrition 35%
exercise 15%

this should be the way

I have about 6 friends who tried the NuSkin TRA program, 100% successful so far. 3 months program though. but each of them all lost more than 10 kgs.

no. exercise does work.

eat healthy. no junk food if you want fast results. eat only nuts, green leafty vegetables, meat, that includes mutton, chicken, fish, beaf, pork, no rice, noodle, pasta. basically eat food thats high in fat, high is protein, less in carbohydrates. fat wont make you fat, its carbohydrates that makes one balloon. to understand more about diet, google atkin or anabolic diet. either one works.

i dont understand about detoxing. if your diet is clean enough, whats there to detox? anywhere, just my 2 cents worth, no hard feeling

for quick exercises, do high intensity interval training. its not like jogging, slow and uneffective. hiit takes less than 10 mins and is proven to be effective! if youre really determined to slim down, try weight training as well. if not, do hiit first. better than nothing.

lastly, pls check with your doctor whether youre fit enough to engage in any strenous exercises.
